| of being an international meeting place where both Chinese and foreigners have been |
| able to interact and exhange language, understanding of different cultures and learn about |
| business here in China. We have been a stepping stone for many of our staff to go on and |
| either open there own businesses, work with embassies or other large multi national |
| companies. |
